Pan Pasta – in just 15minutes!!

Tired, hungry & not in the mood to cook. Does this sound like you??
If yes..& even if no— this recipe might be for you.

You just need some :

–* pasta (in the pictures you will see Penne, but I have made it with other kinds also!!) –* 1/2garlic –* 1onion –* 2/3chillies (optional)

–* tomatoes (any kind) –* basil (preferrable) –* salt, pepper, some oil (I used olive oil) & ofcourse water && one pot/deep pan 🙂
Cut everything as shown..fine slices — as everything is cooked together.

I have used some spring onions & also some frozen peas (that is completely your choice). I also prefer corn in it.

Heat the pot & put everything as shown. Add salt & pepper & spread some oil on top & put some basil leaves or grinded basil on top of it..

I leave it to warm for a minute or so & then I add water. Don’t add too much water because if you think it’s needed you can add later. 

This should be ready in 10 minutes— but keep on checking in between. Stir!!

At the end I put some grated Gauda cheese on top & you can even put some more basil (I didn’t have basil, so it’s not visible in the picture).
Enjoyy this simple yet delicious plate of pasta..
Lazy bums like me will definitely like it!!
